We are hiring a Senior RPO Recruiter to support a multinational client with a strong presence in Brazil. This is a Onsite rolex 5 days a week based out of the office of the client in São Paulo with collaboration with teams across the Americas. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment, enjoys partnering closely with hiring leaders, and is confident managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, global RPO model.
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for approximately 10–12 requisitions at a time across manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, timelines, and hiring priorities
Proactively source, screen, and present qualified candidates across the LATAM market
Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer processes end-to-end
Ensure adherence to RPO workflows, compliance requirements, and documentation standards
Provide clear, data-driven updates to hiring leaders and talent stakeholders
Act as a trusted recruiting partner while delivering a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience
What You’ll Need
5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within RPO, staffing agency, or global TA environments
Proven experience recruiting for technical, professional, and managerial roles
Fluency in English (required)
Experience supporting the broader LATAM market knowledge strongly preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and SLAs
Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working within structured systems
Strong stakeholder management and candidate communication skills

What makes a recruiter role senior?
Senior recruiter is usually the first rung above full-cycle recruiter, and the difference is autonomy and difficulty rather than a hard year count. In-house senior recruiters are usually salaried with an annual bonus, and tech and life sciences employers tend to pay at the top of the range. Are senior recruiter jobs available remotely?
Yes. Senior recruiters are among the most remote-friendly hires in the profession because employers trust experienced recruiters to manage a desk without supervision, and the work itself is sourcing, calls, and pipeline management that happens online anyway. Remote and hybrid arrangements both appear regularly in the listings on this page; use the work arrangement filter to narrow to remote-only roles. Agency seats are somewhat more likely to want office presence than in-house ones, since many firms still run their sales floors in person.
What comes after senior recruiter?
The path forks. The management track runs through lead recruiter or talent acquisition manager into director and head of talent acquisition roles, where you own team performance and hiring strategy rather than a personal requisition load. The individual contributor track leads to principal or staff recruiter titles at larger companies, or to executive search, where senior placements pay the most. Agency-side, senior consultants progress toward principal, team lead, and ultimately equity or directorship in the firm. Plenty of senior recruiters also pivot laterally into recruiting operations, employer branding, or HR business partner roles.
