Compensation

The hourly range for this position is $25.00 to $26.50.

Responsibilities

• Become an integral member of an Executive Search team.
• Conduct candidate, company, and industry research for active client searches.
• Participate in client meetings, including conference calls and briefings.
• Collaborate closely with clients and their search team to create search strategies.
• Utilize proprietary tools and technology to generate names of potential candidates and track data.

Requirements

• Must be a university student entering their final year of undergraduate or graduate education at an accredited institution.
• Possess professional communication skills including writing, speaking, and listening.
• Have well-developed organizational, analytical, planning, and project management skills.
• Display the ability to grasp concepts quickly, think creatively, and synthesize complex information with urgency.
• Have proven research skills and a deep intellectual curiosity.
