Responsibilities

• Lead research in agent post-training and reinforcement learning
• Guide and mentor researchers and research engineers
• Design and advance reinforcement learning approaches and training loops
• Build simulated environments and evaluation frameworks for agent training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into products
• Contribute to research publications and present at top-tier conferences

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Deep expertise in reinforcement learning, AI agents, post-training, or generative modeling
• Extensive hands-on experience designing or implementing reinforcement learning systems
• Track record of research impact through influential publications or significant model contributions
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams of researchers or engineers
