Responsibilities

• Build proactive pipelines of candidates using advanced sourcing techniques
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies
• Conduct labor market research and talent mapping
• Create and execute recruitment marketing strategies
• Monitor sourcing activity and recruiting metrics

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or recruitment marketing
• Strong expertise in Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with labor market intelligence platforms

Additional Information

This position is hybrid and requires candidates to work from the Denver, Colorado office on designated in-office days Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
