Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment delivery operations within team and across Global Delivery Centers
• Develop and execute sourcing and hiring strategies
• Partner with program stakeholders and delivery teams
• Drive team performance through coaching and proactive management
• Analyze recruitment and workforce data to identify trends
• Onboard, develop, and retain high-performing team members
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize recruiting technologies
• Serve as a primary escalation point for recruitment delivery issues

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruitment experience
• Experience managing global or offshore recruitment delivery teams
• Deep understanding of contingent workforce recruitment and MSP operations
• Experience translating workforce and operational data into strategic recommendations
• Strong coaching and development skills
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives
• Strong relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions
• Proficiency with recruiting technologies
• Bachelor's degree preferred
