• Launch outbound recruiting campaigns and guide new talent through their digital onboarding path.
• Monitor order matching within the app and ensure immediate openings are filled.
• Utilize the Randstad App to fill temporary orders efficiently.
• Track and improve conversion rates across registration, onboarding, and dispatch milestones.
• Source active talent using local databases, professional networks, and social media.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional business experience.
• Proven track record of success in recruiting, customer service, or sales environments.
