Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across specialist sectors.
• Identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals.
• Own the full recruitment cycle from introductions and interviews to offer negotiation and post-placement support.
• Use technology and data to identify opportunities and track market trends.

Requirements

• Degree: Predicted 2:1 or above or 2+ years' experience in a sales environment
