Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Recruiter Roles ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. What Recruiter Roles is

Recruiter Roles is a job board focused exclusively on recruiter and talent acquisition positions in the United States. We aggregate and host job listings from employers and third-party sources.

3. Accounts and registration

You may create an account using your email address or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Job listings — employer terms

Employers who post jobs agree that listings are accurate and represent genuine employment opportunities. Job listings are active for 28 days from the date of posting unless renewed or removed.

5. Job listings — content standards

Job listings must relate to recruiter or talent acquisition roles. Listings that contain misleading salary data, advertise non-recruiter roles, or constitute spam will be removed without refund.

6. Payments, refunds, and billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Refunds may be requested within 24 hours of posting by contacting hello@recruiterroles.com. Bundle credits expire 12 months from purchase and are non-refundable after the 24-hour window.

7. Intellectual property

The Recruiter Roles name, logo, and website design are the property of Recruiter Roles. Job listing content is owned by the respective employers. Users retain ownership of content they submit.

8. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape or harvest data without authorisation (use the free API instead)
• Submit false, misleading, or spam content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Recruiter Roles is not responsible for the accuracy of job listings or the conduct of employers or job seekers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
