Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks
• Assist with candidate screening and outreach
• Maintain candidate information in the ATS
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
• Participate in cross-training initiatives
• Support onboarding and training of new team members

Requirements

• One year of administrative or operational experience
• Knowledge of business functions and services
• Ability to work independently and proactively
