Responsibilities

• Build and expand a high-performing Life Sciences recruitment desk
• Develop new client relationships across biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and CRO organizations
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through placement
• Identify emerging market trends and hiring needs within your specialist vertical
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
• Drive new business generation through strategic outreach and relationship building
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage key client accounts
• Act as a mentor and subject matter expert within the broader EPM Scientific business

Requirements

• Proven track record as a top-performing recruiter
• Experience within Life Sciences recruitment
• Demonstrated success in business development and account management
