Compensation

The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $155,000.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive searches and manage client relationships
• Develop search strategies and position specifications
• Conduct candidate outreach and interviews
• Prepare business development materials
• Mentor junior search professionals

Requirements

• 6+ years professional experience or 5+ years of transferable recruiting experience
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting, preferably in Executive Search
• Ability to manage searches end to end with minimal supervision
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
