Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the total delivery team for executive search projects
• Define search specifications and create job descriptions
• Complete assessment and qualification of candidates
• Prepare detailed candidate reports and shortlist presentations
• Act as a broker between partners and candidates during offer stages
• Engage in business development and account management
• Analyze commercial business needs of partners

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in senior stakeholder and client relationship management
• At least 5 years in an end-to-end talent acquisition role, including retained Executive Search
• Experience in writing insightful profiles and reports
• Demonstrable experience in high demand client environments
• Strong external networks and understanding of best practices
• Effective project management skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
