Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruiting channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct candidate outreach through phone, email, and other communication channels
• Screen and qualify candidates against position requirements, skills, and experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS
• Partner with recruiters to coordinate candidate presentations, interviews, and follow-up activities
• Assist with candidate engagement, onboarding support, and pre-employment communications
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing campaigns to attract passive and active talent
• Provide a high level of customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
• Support recruiting projects and initiatives aimed at improving hiring outcomes and candidate experience

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 5-7 years of work experience in supporting recruitment processes in an RPO, staffing, or corporate recruiting environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

This is a temporary contract role, approximately 6 months or longer. You will be expected to come into an AMN Healthcare office at a frequency dependent on the work arrangement for your role.
