Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard temporary employees
• Match and dispatch workers to job assignments
• Coordinate staffing needs, scheduling, and daily workforce activity
• Communicate job expectations and assignment details
• Support workers throughout assignments and help resolve workplace issues
• Build strong relationships with workers and clients
• Assist with daily and weekly worker payouts, billing, and branch administration
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach
• Assist with workers’ compensation, unemployment, and compliance documentation as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Experience with customer service, staffing, recruiting, or operations is a plus

Additional Information

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Bellingham, WA, involving office work, frequent communication with workers and clients, and occasional job site visits.
