Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume interview scheduling and logistics
• Support interview day operations including rescheduling and travel
• Maintain ATS hygiene and manage job postings
• Report on workload, KPIs, and SLAs
• Partner with recruiters and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 2–3 years of admin work experience, or 1-year experience in a Recruiting Coordinator role
• Prioritization and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
