Responsibilities
- Find qualified talent for open roles via various sourcing methods
- Screen candidates to match qualifications with open roles
- Collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes
- Ensure follow up and closure for all interviewed candidates
- Enhance recruitment processes through training interview teams
- Leverage Greenhouse to track candidate progress and maintain clean data
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, either in-house or in a staffing agency environment
- Ability to identify top talent
- Experience in negotiating and closing candidates
