Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attracting, sourcing, and screening passive prospects and active applicants
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Vendor Management System
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing capacity
• Experience with ATS & VMS platforms and sourcing tools

• Base pay range of $51,000 – $68,000 per year
