Responsibilities

• Connect skilled trades professionals with job opportunities
• Understand client hiring needs and secure job openings
• Drive sales and achieve placement targets
• Manage the full placement cycle from candidate identification to offer finalization
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Monitor and improve performance metrics

Requirements

• At least 3 years of success in direct hire
• Proven track record in meeting personal sales targets
• Experience in client acquisition and repeat placements
• Ability to manage and maintain a database of clients and candidates
