Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for KellyOCG clients across multiple business lines
• Lead high-volume recruiting efforts for Manufacturing and Production roles
• Manage a complex requisition load with strong prioritization
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies
• Act as a strategic partner to client stakeholders
• Drive structured and efficient interview processes
• Leverage data and recruiting metrics to inform decisions
• Deliver a strong and consistent candidate experience

Requirements

• Recruiting experience supporting the Manufacturing and Production business function
• RPO experience is a plus
• Ability to find and attract passive talent
• Familiarity with data-driven environments
