Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for KellyOCG clients across multiple business lines
- Lead high-volume recruiting efforts for Manufacturing and Production roles
- Manage a complex requisition load with strong prioritization
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies
- Act as a strategic partner to client stakeholders
- Drive structured and efficient interview processes
- Leverage data and recruiting metrics to inform decisions
- Deliver a strong and consistent candidate experience
Requirements
- Recruiting experience supporting the Manufacturing and Production business function
- RPO experience is a plus
- Ability to find and attract passive talent
- Familiarity with data-driven environments
