Responsibilities

• Achieve personal gross profit targets through client acquisition and repeat placements
• Execute sales and business development activities
• Develop and implement focused business recruiting and marketing plans
• Conduct independent research to identify and recruit candidates
• Lead, train, coach, and performance manage direct staff
• Monitor team progress and develop succession plans

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of direct hire recruiting experience
• Background in manufacturing, logistics, or construction industries preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency using Google mail and calendaring
