Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Discuss recruitment strategies with hiring managers
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers
• Utilize direct sourcing tools to build candidate talent pools
• Provide information on market conditions and salary benchmarks
• Maintain critical metrics and ensure data integrity in reporting

Requirements

• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting in Commercial, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Corporate Functions
• Experience with RPO or internal recruitment in a global organization
• Ability to interpret reporting data
• Good written and communication skills in English and Vietnamese
