Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using job boards, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and job fit
• Manage high-volume candidate pipelines for industrial and light industrial positions
• Conduct phone interviews to validate experience, availability, and work eligibility
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the initial recruitment process
• Accurately update candidate information and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified candidates
• Meet sourcing and screening targets while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience supporting the US market
• Experience in high-volume recruitment for industrial or light industrial roles
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening experience
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management skills
