Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new business in the construction market
- Negotiate contract terms with legal teams
- Collaborate with leadership and implementation teams
- Develop pricing models for worker compensation
- Perform quarterly business reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- At least 7 years of related experience
- 5 years in account management and sales of strategic accounts
- Prior experience in the staffing industry preferred
