Compensation

$63,000 - $73,425 + monthly bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Build a client base through consistent outreach
• Visit clients onsite and collaborate with hiring managers
• Conduct candidate interviews and provide mentorship to jobseekers
• Develop and implement service delivery plans
• Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients
• Prepare and deliver client presentations
• Plan and delegate order fulfillment and recruiting

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in account management or sales
• Proven track record of meeting sales quota
• Ability to resolve customer and employee issues creatively and effectively
• Strong and effective problem-solving skills
• Strategic and analytical mindset
