Responsibilities

• Process monthly commissions, incentives, and bonus payments through payroll
• Audit and validate commission calculations, earnings statements, and payout files
• Reconcile compensation data across payroll, compensation, and financial systems
• Prepare reports, accruals, and compensation analyses for Finance and HR
• Identify discrepancies and resolve compensation-related issues
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Partner with Sales, Payroll, HR, and Finance teams on compensation administration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, HR, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions, payroll, or compensation analysis
• Experience processing commissions and incentive compensation
• Experience with compensation platforms (Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Varicent, Spiff, etc.) preferred
