• Drive business development and achieve sales targets
• Lead full-cycle executive search engagements for senior academic healthcare leadership positions
• Develop customized search strategies for clients
• Conduct client intake meetings and gather position-specific information
• Identify, attract, and assess high-caliber academic physician leaders
• Deliver market intelligence and compensation insights to clients
• Mentor team members and share industry knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in executive search, physician recruitment, or leadership recruiting within academic medicine or healthcare
• Success in leading retained executive search engagements
• Established network within academic medicine or healthcare administration

• Salary range of $112,000 - $140,000
• Potential for additional compensation such as bonus or commission
