Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to find suitable provider candidates
• Consult clients on market compensation and staffing needs
• Create and update job advertisements
• Meet clients onsite to gather information for searches
• Proactively source viable candidates
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings
• Collaborate with clients to create interview itineraries
• Assist candidates with travel arrangements
• Negotiate and close offers of employment
• Achieve personal productivity goals
• Update internal databases with recruitment activity
• Mentor and guide team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of successful healthcare recruiting experience
• 4+ years of healthcare and/or staffing industry experience
• Stable employment history with verifiable references

Additional Information

Up to 30% travel is required, and a hybrid work schedule is available with a minimum of 4 days in the office. Regular presence in the office is required.
