Compensation

Pay rate of $19.50 - $24.25, with potential for additional compensation such as bonus or commission.

Responsibilities

• Develop a slate of qualified candidates for presentation to the Recruitment Manager
• Source, qualify, interview, and present candidates to build a strong talent pipeline
• Develop and drive direct and indirect sourcing techniques
• Lead sourcing for multiple sophisticated searches
• Maintain effective communication with the Recruitment Leader regarding recruitment status

Requirements

• Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience
• Experience in a healthcare staffing role
• Ability to maintain confidential and critical information
