Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for permanent physician and APP opportunities
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Conduct candidate screenings to assess experience and preferences
• Present qualified candidates to clients and guide them through the hiring process
• Develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and organizations
• Negotiate compensation packages and employment agreements
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and pipeline data
• Achieve recruiting, placement, and activity goals
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless placement process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, healthcare recruiting, sales, or business development experience preferred
• Experience in physician, APP, healthcare, or professional recruiting
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates and managing talent pipelines

• Hourly pay rate of $19.50 - $24.25
• Potential for additional compensation such as bonus or commission

Additional Information

Team members are expected to come into an AMN Healthcare office at a frequency dependent on the work arrangement for the role.
