Compensation

$28.85 hourly, equating to $60,000 annually, plus discretionary bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist top-producing Recruiters and Managers.
• Prioritize clinicians and match them to open positions at client facilities.
• Communicate with clinicians via phone, email, and text.
• Provide timely and accurate administrative assistance to the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Success in a sales or metrics-driven role
