Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies
• Evaluate candidate profiles and deliver strong candidate slates
• Engage candidates with timely updates on their progress
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details
• Mentor Recruiters and team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency setting
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies and social media tools
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles and metrics related to talent acquisition
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) or corporate recruitment in life sciences
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors
