Responsibilities

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to source candidates
• Complete career discussions with prospective candidates
• Identify new avenues for candidate generation
• Maintain accurate candidate records
• Support Recruiters' difficult searches

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong drive and competitive mindset
• Career-oriented with a desire for growth
• Motivated self-starter
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
