Responsibilities

• Cultivate healthcare facility client relationships and consult on workforce needs.
• Offer proactive solutions for nursing and allied staffing needs.
• Promote job orders with specific qualifications to recruiters.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding staffing needs.
• Leverage staffing technologies to improve placement outcomes.
• Collaborate with recruiters to identify qualified nursing and allied clinicians.
• Monitor assignment activity and support client retention.

Requirements

• Associate Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience
• Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, account management, customer service, or sales support preferred
• Experience supporting nursing, allied healthcare, or workforce solutions clients preferred
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools
• Experience utilizing CRM, ATS, VMS, or related staffing technologies preferred
