Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified nursing and allied healthcare professionals for contract travel assignments
• Meet established recruiting activity and placement goals while developing new clinician relationships
• Execute prospecting and sourcing strategies using various recruiting tools
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system
• Conduct candidate screens to understand clinicians' professional experience and preferences
• Evaluate clinician qualifications and assignment readiness
• Advise clinicians on travel healthcare opportunities and market conditions
• Discuss and negotiate compensation packages with clinicians
• Present qualified candidates to Account Managers for client openings
• Maintain clinician engagement throughout the recruitment and placement process

Requirements

• Associate's Degree plus 2–5 years of relevant work experience, OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4–7 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or another candidate/customer-facing role
• Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, or qualifying prospective candidates or customers
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), CRM, or similar technology
• Experience managing multiple candidates, customers, or priorities in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
