Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand client needs and market conditions
• Execute candidate searches using various channels
• Map and interview potential candidates to assess fit
• Participate in client meetings and report on candidate progress
• Manage and update candidate information in the database

Requirements

• Experience in the life sciences industry or related fields
• Native level Japanese fluency
• Business level English proficiency
• Experience in executive search or recruitment is preferred
• 4-10 years of professional experience
