Responsibilities

• Connect skilled trades professionals with job opportunities
• Drive sales and achieve placement targets
• Manage the full placement cycle from candidate identification to offer finalization
• Build trust with clients and deliver high-quality talent
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• At least 3 years of success in direct hire
• Experience in meeting personal gross profit targets
• Proven ability to qualify and manage a database of clients and candidates
