Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to define hiring plans and develop recruiting strategies
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to onboarding
- Advise hiring teams on talent-market conditions and hiring approaches
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for candidate pipelines
- Build strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Use recruiting data to track progress and improve processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience partnering with senior leaders on hiring strategy
- Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
- Experience developing sourcing strategies for specialized roles
- Strong organizational skills
