Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders
• Take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to offer acceptance
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience
• Support inclusive recruitment practices
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the recruitment team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Partner or Talent Acquisition Partner
• Experience in financial services, banking, or asset management
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multiple vacancies
• Consultative, solutions-focused approach to recruitment
