The base compensation for this position is $80,000.00 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Support Board Advisory search assignments from kick-off through completion
  • Conduct deep, creative research across industries and functions
  • Develop target company lists, candidate pipelines, and executive profiles
  • Maintain accurate project materials and produce client-ready documents
  • Proactively monitor progress and flag issues early
  • Contribute to pitch materials and business development initiatives

Requirements

  • Recent or soon-to-be university graduate with a four-year bachelor’s degree
  • Strong academic performance (3.4+ GPA)
  • Leadership experience in internships, work experience, community service, or student organizations
  • Advanced research, analysis, and synthesis skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity about corporate governance
  • Permanent work authorization necessary for the country of application
