Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex, multi-workstream engagements
• Design and maintain programme governance and delivery cadence
• Build and sustain relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Own engagement financials including forecasting and billing
• Matrix-lead and coordinate high-performing delivery teams
• Contribute to the development of delivery best practices

Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex consulting engagements
• Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience owning engagement financials
• Strong understanding of programme and project management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
