Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for priority GTM Expansion hiring
- Build a sharp point of view on the UK market and future expansion markets
- Use research, data, and AI to identify and qualify candidates
- Run personalized outreach to candidates
- Partner with GTM leaders to develop hiring plans and processes
- Own the candidate experience from first conversation through offer close
- Build Ramp's presence in London through relationships and community activity
- Collaborate with the wider GTM Recruiting team
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle GTM or Sales recruiting experience
- Strong knowledge of the UK technology talent market
- Track record of finding and closing exceptional candidates
- Experience hiring across several GTM functions
- Strong candidate-closing judgment
