Responsibilities

• Lead the UKI Technology Recruitment team and manage workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
• Act as a senior TA partner to Technology leaders and influence hiring decisions.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of senior lateral hiring and executive search mandates.
• Build strong networks across the technology sector to identify and engage candidates.
• Establish and report on recruitment metrics and hiring effectiveness.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate leadership capability and cultural alignment.
• Manage relationships with external search firms and talent intelligence providers.
• Support broader Talent Acquisition initiatives including employer branding and diversity recruitment.
