Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls and other customer inquiries related to payroll and paychecks.
• Research and resolve customer concerns with a focus on accurate and timely resolution.
• Provide support to Healthcare Professionals regarding pay-related issues.
• Navigate Salesforce for case management and documentation.
• Utilize PeopleSoft to research payroll-related information.
• Create, document, track, and manage customer cases through resolution.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 0-2 years of work experience in customer service, contact center, customer account management, payroll support, or related experience
• Salesforce experience strongly preferred
• PeopleSoft experience strongly preferred
