Responsibilities

• Develops strong working relationships with AMN division leadership and functional business leaders.
• Delivers business recommendations based on analytics using strong written and verbal communication.
• Uses analytics and reporting toolsets to influence decision-making and achieve business objectives.
• Acts as a driving force to automate measurement of internal turn-around times and compare to SLAs and benchmarks.
• Develops and maintains recurring performance and compensation reporting for the sales team.
• Builds enterprise-level Power BI decks using Power Platform, Power Automate, Snow Schema, Star Schema, SQL, and Python.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• At least 4 years of demonstrable experience in business analysis
• At least 4 years of recent experience in Power BI
• Intermediate understanding of the Microsoft Fabric Landscape
• Intermediate experience with AI tools
