Responsibilities

  • Partner with client steering committee to identify key target universities and programs
  • Develop a strong pipeline for entry level positions and internships
  • Build relationships with students to promote client as employer of choice
  • Organize and attend career fairs, networking events, and interviews
  • Oversee internship program activities and engagement
  • Lead onboarding and orientation for interns
  • Plan professional development workshops and networking events
  • Monitor program participation and outcomes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • 3+ years of university recruitment experience
  • 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
  • 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
  • 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies

Additional Information

This role will be based in Boston, in office 4 days/week. Ability to travel 15% of the year is required.
