Responsibilities
- Partner with client steering committee to identify key target universities and programs
- Develop a strong pipeline for entry level positions and internships
- Build relationships with students to promote client as employer of choice
- Organize and attend career fairs, networking events, and interviews
- Oversee internship program activities and engagement
- Lead onboarding and orientation for interns
- Plan professional development workshops and networking events
- Monitor program participation and outcomes
Requirements
- 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
- 3+ years of university recruitment experience
- 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
- 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
- 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies

Additional Information
This role will be based in Boston, in office 4 days/week. Ability to travel 15% of the year is required.
