Responsibilities

• Schedule high volume interviews for candidates globally
• Work closely with recruiters and interviewers to enhance candidate experience
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities while handling sensitive information
• Support hiring by collaborating with other coordinators and cross-functional partners
• Own the onsite candidate experience as their primary host

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in an admin/coordination-based role in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders and tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Incredible organizational skills and attention to detail
