Responsibilities

• Generate go-to-market strategy in cooperation with Senior Client Partner
• Conduct thorough research to build candidate lists
• Independently conduct face-to-face interviews with candidates
• Prepare and present client-facing documentation
• Maintain data quality and accuracy on the internal database

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Six to ten years of relevant experience in executive search
• Experience in active candidate identification and sourcing
• Ability to conduct face-to-face interviews
• Strong written communication skills
