Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand client needs and market conditions
• Execute candidate searches using various channels including databases and social media
• Map and interview candidates to assess their suitability
• Participate in client meetings to gather hiring requirements
• Manage and update candidate information in the database

Requirements

• Experience in financial institutions (banks, securities, insurance, asset management) with client-facing roles preferred
• Experience in consulting firms, research companies, or marketing firms related to industry research and market analysis
• Experience in recruitment or executive search, preferably in the financial sector
• Native-level Japanese fluency
• Business-level English proficiency
• Long-term career aspiration as an executive search consultant
