Responsibilities

• Manage external and internal stakeholder engagement
• Define search or project specifications and create job descriptions
• Complete assessment and qualification of candidates
• Create high-quality reports and candidate profiles
• Act as a broker between partner and candidate during offer stages
• Manage resignation and candidate follow-up to placement
• Conduct post-placement follow-up and reporting
• Engage in business development and account management

Requirements

• At least 10 years of senior stakeholder and client relationship management experience
• At least 5 years in an end-to-end talent acquisition role, including retained Executive Search
• Experience in writing insightful profiles and reports
• Demonstrable experience in high demand client environments
• Strong external networks and understanding of best practices
• Effective project management skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
