Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top candidates for niche positions

• Review and post job adverts on specialized job boards
• Utilize various sourcing methods to connect with potential candidates
• Implement targeted candidate attraction strategies
• Engage with potential candidates through outreach and networking
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends
• Pre-screen candidates for qualifications and cultural fit
• Promote the employer brand to potential candidates
• Ensure accurate records of candidate interactions using ATS
• Stay updated with industry best practices and sourcing tools
• Foster diversity and inclusion in sourcing efforts

Requirements

• High School diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years' experience in sourcing or recruiting
• Deep understanding of specific industries
• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy and confidentiality
