Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and talent mapping
• Develop and execute search strategies for executive-level positions
• Perform in-depth candidate assessments
• Prepare candidate presentations and reports
• Manage multiple search assignments concurrently
• Collaborate with Partners and Engagement Managers
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates
• Contribute to business development efforts
• Maintain and update internal databases
• Participate in client meetings and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• At least 2-3 years in executive search or management consulting
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and influence at all levels
• Excellent organizational skills
• High level of intellectual curiosity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
