Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across permanent, temporary, and internship hiring requirements
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and build diverse talent pipelines
- Screen, assess, and manage candidates through the recruitment process
- Coordinate offers, onboarding activities, and hiring documentation
- Manage relationships with external recruitment providers
- Support hiring activity across multiple countries and regions
- Ensure a consistent approach to recruitment administration
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes
Requirements
- Experience delivering end-to-end hiring globally
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing external recruitment agencies
- Experience supporting temporary hiring activities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
